PM Berkshire #1225, First Day of Test Runs on TSBY St. Charles Branch

 

Michigan State Trust for Railway Preservation's ex-PM Berkshire #1225 south of Chesaning, Michigan on the Tuscola & Saginaw Bay's ex-New York Central St. Charles Branch on the first day of road testing in September, 1988.

On this overcast day, #1225 ran between Chesaning and Owosso, until a leaky superheater sidelined her for the day.
